MelpomeneMuse answered Saturday September 8 2007, 10:10 pm: The diarrhea may be partially caused by him eating only canned food. Try to give him dry food more and if it doesn't go away in a couple of days you should probably take him to the vet. [ MelpomeneMuse's advice column | Ask MelpomeneMuse A Question ]
karaa answered Thursday August 30 2007, 1:24 am: First off the diarrhea may be a problem so i would take him to the vet and see what they have to say. It may be nothing, but then again he may have a problem. But i suggest taking him to your vet.
Cats have a tendency to sleep a lot. Well its not that they sleep a lot they just sleep during the day. Cats are nocturnal meaning they are awake at night. cats need a lot fo sleep because their natural instinct is to hunt or to be playful adn they do that at night. So your cat sleeping too much is normal.
Hope i helped. if you need anything else askk. [ karaa's advice column | Ask karaa A Question ]
isis answered Tuesday August 28 2007, 6:34 pm: Take him to a vet as soon as you can. Diarrhoea can be serious in a young animal especially as you don't know where he came from prior to the market. It could be worms, an infection, food intolerance or something really serious. You will not get an accurate diagnosis without him being checked over, including taking his temperature. lbwhite89 answered Tuesday August 28 2007, 7:30 am: It's good that his water drinking is normal, and if there's anything wrong with him, the not eating dry food probably has nothing to do with it. A lot of animals don't like dry food, especially when they have the option of the canned food.
As for the diarrhea, no one on here is a vet, so we can't tell you what the problem is. It could be his diet, or he could be sick. Take him to the vet and they can take his temperature and check him out to see if he has an infection or something. [ lbwhite89's advice column | Ask lbwhite89 A Question ]
