1. Your friend is 11. What the heck does she know about sex? She's freaking 11. She hasn't even taken sex ed and she thinks she knows everything, probably.
2. Well, since "preggers" isn't a word- you can't get preggers if it doesn't exist. There is this nice word I know called "pregnant". So shut up and just spell things out for once.

I'm not sure what you meant by hair. If you meant hair on your head, then no, you can't get pregnant. But if you meant pubic hair, then it is possible. The only way you can get pregnant is if sperm goes in your vagina. So if the sperm went from your pubic hair to your vagina, then it is a possibility.

I'm not sure if the 11 year old is speaking out of experience or not, but i doubt she really knows much about sex. The ONLY way you can get pregnant is if semen [cum, or sperm]enters your vagina. You can and will not ever get pregnant if cum goes onto your hair. And i advise you not to ask an 11 year old for advice about sex. :] lol
