Do I have problems?

I want to know if I have problems. Well I will like go a week without eating. But then on like Sunday I will sit and eat alot. I've lost like 7 pounds in like 2 weeks. Do I need to start eating reguarly? Do I need to start eating more? Everyone in my family thinks im pregnant. So should I eat alot more just incase?

I don't think you have a horrible problem, but a person needs to eat fruit veggies and meat(or some sort of protein) to stay healthy. And if you're pregnant, you need to try to eat and be healthy for the baby. Losing weight REALLY fast is NOT a good thing, losing weight not so fast is a good thing, as long as you still have some body fat, everyong needs a some.

You need to start eating on a regular diet.
The route you're going on it <B>NOT</b> healthy what so ever.
If needed you can go to a nutritionist.

yes you should definatly be eating regulary it can start eating disorders if you don't.You should at least eat 3 meals a day. If you don't eat regulary it will screw up your whole metabolism and make it harder to loose weight when you need to nad its not healthy. If you are pregnant its twice as important to eat at least 3 times a day becaues if you dont your baby can be unhealthy or you could even have a miscarrage. PLEASE EATT!!! hope i helped

Yes, you need to start eating regulary. For now, you will lose weight. But soon enough, you'll start gaining weight, even if you hardly eat nothing. This is because your metabolism will drop dramatically. For a whole year, all I ate were crackers & a little snacks & VERY FEW meals a month. I lost weight, but eventually I put on about 10-15 lbs even though I was eating the same, small amount. If you skip any meals throughout your day, your body will go into starvation mode. & when you do get the chance to eat, your body will store your food as fat because it doesn't know when you will be eating again. You might as well change your habits now while you can or you will be stuck gaining everything you eat, even if it's not much.

well, to answer your question- you should be eating 3 meals per day with or without being pregnant. \ like the person below me said, if you're worried of being pregnant, take a test anyway.

Well, i think you should start off by taking a pregnancy test, just to be sure, if you're worried.
But about not eating for a week does sound a little unhealthy..i guess sometimes when we have too much off something (not at once, but everyday same eating routine) might get abit boring, so you can try eating something different everyday (but please makesure what you eat is healthy) and make sure you have a bit of everything, you probably have been taught in school about balanced diet (water, protein, carbohydrate, vitamins and minerals, etc) so try to eat different varieties of food. but if you still feel you may have some problems try talking to a dietician, or your GP/ doctor.

Well, you need to balance out your meals. You have to eat every day in order to give your body the fuel it needs. I'm certain that its not healthy to stop eating all week and just pig out on one day. Just eat normally so that your family won't think that there is anything wrong with you and to stop being unhealthy. There are healthier ways to lose weight.
