Honestly when I want something I don't let myself have, like if I just ate and I want something like penut butter or ice creme.. I smell it. I seriously smell everything I eat before I eat it. Clover9 answered Wednesday July 18 2007, 11:47 pm: straight up if calories were inhailable i would be morbidly obese. i dont believe you could actually inhale calories. when you smell something "good" it sends certain signal to your body which makes you think yummmmmmm.....but thats all it is just a signal to your brain nothing more.
