Ok i weigh like 180-190 pounds and really dont have much of gut but anyways can it be possible to lose a lot of weight if you eat nothing but water and excercise by doing sit ups, crunches, and push ups every day? plus im gonna teach myself to skateboard so thats included. if so, how much weight would i lose? i'm planning on doing this for my whole summer vacation and yes i know it's kinda hard going with nothing but water but i've done this before and i only lasted half a month since i ended up constipated but now its gonna be even tougher my goal is 3 months which is like 90 days!
It`s better to eat healthier foods, cutting out junk foods, drinking a lot of water (it supposedly helps you with your metabolism and keeps you from thinking you`re hungry when you`re really not). If you do not eat then you stay the same or get bigger because your body has nothing to get energy from other than fat it saves up. To loose weight you should try eating your meals at a good time and same time everyday. Try not to eat fatty foods or meals that arent good for you.
And also try to cut down on a snacks or etc. that you may be eating in between.

Rather than using up your fat deposits, you'll start to use the glycogen stored in your muscles, leading to muscle atrophy. So you'll lose all the great muscle tone that you've built up.
Also, when you do start to eat again, your body will be in survival mode. It will store as much of the caloric intake of your food as fat as is possible... so you'll actually have larger fat deposits after you stop.
More important information... you could kill yourself if you somehow manage to reach your goal. Most people have enough fat deposits to carry them for 4-6 weeks. Then they've got maybe another couple of weeks, during which essential proteins are consumed, leading to organ damage.
My suggestion; eat something. I'm losing massive amounts of weight this summer, just by eating less (like 1200 calories) and working out. The best weight loss is healthy weight loss, because it's the easiest to maintain.

a 90 fast is very extreme.
It will kill you!!!
The most a normal person can go on a fast is 40 to 43 days.
Thats less then half the time.
On average most people who are on a fast lose 1 to 3 pounds a day depending on ur metabolism and how much you exercise.
Okay,
if you really really want to fast,
I would suggest that you not do a 90 fast,
do like a week,
then eat for a few days (but dont stuff yourself),
then fast again for a week.

This is so incredibly stupid that I don't know where to begin! Why on earth would you want to do that to your body?! It's as if willingly becoming anorexic! That's not how things work.
If you want to lose weight, do it the right way. Keep a healthy diet and excercise.
Get a good meal plan and a good excercise routine, don't attempt to starve your body. You actually start to gain weight when you do that to yourself.
Just please, take the advice from someone who has unwillingly been down that path - don't do it. Don't starve your body. It's just so absolutely ridiculous that all these young kids would want to do something like that to themselves. Whether guys or girls, it's just insane.
Like I said before, a good meal plan and a good workout routine is all you need to drop the pounds. Ask MikeCFT he's a fitness instructer. He could probably tell you about good foods to eat and good excercises to do so you can drop the pounds. In a 3 month period you'll probably be able to drop anywhere from 20-40 pounds.
But remember this - Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You need it to start up your metabolism so it can burn the foods and help you lose the pounds rather than pack them on.
