I would never want to look anorexicly thin, just thin. I need to be thin for cheering, actually. My bases complain too much weight, when I am 'pulling up'.
But anyway, I am going to have running for cheering three days a week, and I'm planning on doing a certain amount of curlups for every snack I eat. (like, yesterday it was 50 for each peice of chocolate). That should help me stay away from fatty foods, because seriously, at both my mom's and dad's house, all there are are fatty snacks, and they all get mad at me if I reccomend healthier, diet foods. They wont let me diet. So, Will this help at getting me thinner, or will I just look really muscular?
Anyways, straight-forward answers are good.

Now according to my doctor, at 5"0 100 pounds is the perfect weight. Everytime you go up in height, you add 5 pounds. So when we reach 5"1, were suppose to be 105. My bases always complain to me. Dont take it personally, its not our faults. The reason why we feel heavy is because were muscular (even if we lost weight, muscle weighs more than fat, so it wouldnt make us lighter). Also another reason is some bases arent that off from what we weigh (probably 120-130). We are all starting to weigh around the same (some girls like us are thinner), so it gets harder. Well maybe they need some muscle or they need to buck up. I'm not really muscular or super toned or anything, but I am 100% positive I could lift you. And trust me, most of the people I know who cheer are over 98 pounds, and well, their bases can get them up. That really amazes me that yours can't.
Muscle. Since you're saying that to you, you look "thicker" gaining lean muscle and toning will make you look leaner. No, you will not bulk up and look really muscular. Women have to work extremely hard to do that, because it is really not how our bodies are meant to be. So don't worry about looking really muscular. Again, using the right weights for you, you can gain lean muscle that will make you look thinner, not bulky.

If you really want to lose weight, eat healthy foods like lots of veggies and turkey (it's lean).
Limit your calorie intake, set a goal of how many calories you eat each day, like 2000 a day.
NEVER skip meals! Not saying that you do, but skipping meals could lead to you not getting enough energy, and then other cheerleaders would get mad at you anyway because you're too drowsy to do a routine or something.
Also, if you want to lose weight because of peer pressure (not saying that you do), why would you want to please other people anyway? Lose weight so they don't think you look fat? pssh. I think not!
Anyway, what I'm trying to say is that if you're happy with yourself, it doesn't matter what you look like. Apparently you aren't happy with yourself, so just eat healthy, which means no sugary drinks or candy. For snacks, eat something good like goldfish (crackers), they're baked, not fried, and they have 0 grams trans fats! Don't eat fried or greasy food, which means no fast food, under any circumstances. If you really want to lose weight, you will. I actually lost the most weight when I stayed away from the scale!
