Talk to your parents or somebody important to you if you dont wanna talk to a complete stranger. There might be a reason to why you are self-destructing. And there are ways to help that with or without drugs! I don't know how old you are so I can't tell you whether or not you could just be going through a drastic change that is messing with your mind but I can tell you that being that way is not going to change anything in your life because it's only going to change your body and it might make you feel worse!

If you think that will make you lose weight, it really doesn't. I've gone through it before. Bulimics are actually usually average weight or overweight. It usually doesn't make you skinnier, even if you think it does. If it's not even bad enough that you know that you can stop yourself, then stop. Some of the affects, like teeth decay, happen after long periods of time. I've read that it takes 3 days for the mucus in your throat to totally repair or whatever after you've purged, so if you've been doing it more than once every 3 days, then your throat is probably already getting irritated. Just stop now if you know you can, because things will just spiral out of control before you know it. I know what you're going through right now, so if you need some more help with this issue, just send it to my inbox. [ leLovely's advice column | Ask leLovely A Question ]
