i don't think that its a matter of thinking its disgusting i think some girls are self conscious/insecure about having your face looking strait at their vagina ....i think unless you don't have a clitoris all girls love being eaten out if you know how to do it right!

Some girls are up for it anytime.
Some girls are worried about offending a guy but if you assure her that she won't, she'll be up for it too.
And then there are the girls that are never up for it because they just plain don't like it.
But that is rare, I think, because why wouldn't a girl be up for multiple orgasms?
