Can't stop eating

I can not stop eating.
I lost 5 pounds last month,but all of as sudden now my body is going insane. it's like I NEED TO EAT, even when I don't feel hungry like today for example, I've had
a pudding, chocolate bar, jo louie, a sandwhich, bag of peanuts and smarties, grilled cheese, mac and cheese, crackers and cheese, oatmeal, chcolate eggs, big chocolate bunny, yogos, coffee, fruit-to-go.
And it's only 1 in the afternoon.
My stomach is HUGE, and hurts, but I still want to eat.
What can I do to get this under control?
I'm madly craving sweets.

Simple. Eat slower and you get full faster. You're probably just growing, I've been eating way more than normal lately, and like you, my stomach starts hurting sometimes. And also like you, I lost 3 punds a couple weekends ago (from being sick).

try eating low cal or low fat foods slice up some apples, cucumbers, watermelon, mangoes or anything keep them in the fridge for easy access whenever you want someting sweet eat that. you can also have some celery and peanut butter. sweet fruits will cure your sweet tooth just as quickly as candy after you get used to it perhaps find some low cal recipes on line make your own pudding with low fat milk have wheat bread instead of white bread, cook some bran muffins they help you lose weight eat that instead of cookies or cupcakes, keep the junk food out of your house or fridge when the urge hits grab the healthy snacks you will fill up chances are you wont walk or drive to the store for sweets. Good Luck :-)here's 2 snacks to get you started

Banana Shake
1 banana - cut in to slices
2 cups low fat yogurt
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup skimmed milk

Blend the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve in a chilled glass.



Healthy Fruit Berries Salad
Blue berries - 1 cup
Raspberries - 1 cup
Black berries - 1 cup
Cherries - 1 cup

In a large bowl, mix the four fruits. Add a little whipping cream on top if you like. This is a very healthy fruit snack. It's low in fat, contains a lot of vitamins

It sounds like you are compulsively overeating (eating when you are not hungry and eating until you are in pain). It could be from hormones, stress or just boredom.

WOAH SLOW DOWN LOVEY!
don't give yourself a heart attack! there are such things as healthy snacks and sweets. do some research and work off that extra body fat. if your so self conscious about your weight, then get up and do something about it! dont just sit at the computer waiting for some1 to solve your problem for you. go out and do some sport and get active. get your friends to do it too. make it fun. cut your daily intake in half and NO BEDTIME SNACKS. when u get up in the morning your going to feel hungry just dont stuff yourself!

How old are you? If you are a preteen, meaning you just hit puburty, this is the reason why. If you are bored and you are watching TV while you are eating, then this could be another reason why you are so hungry. Most of these foods that you have eaten are all carbs. You need protien. Eat something like yogurt and you'll be full for quite a while or a cheese stick and drink water right after you eat it. Start eating healthier and your diet will be healthier.
Also another thing is to excersize or find something else to do. Don't eat and read a magazine or watch tv at the same time. Always have your meals or snacks at a table because you are most likely to eat less when you are sitting there doing nothing.
