I am a dancer. I just started 1 year ago. I want to pick up some classes like ballet or hip hop or something. I am in NSB, FL so if any one knows of some good places to get aquainted let me know.
Also, I am having issues with my flexibility. I cant seem to get my right leg flexible enough top go into a full split. And when i am in my left split my right leg prevents me from going down all of the way, any suggestions?
Oh yeah, and how do I find my Center of Gravity?

anyway. im also having issues with flexibilety and it could embarassing when everyone else is super flexible. but just stretch lovey. everyday for 5 minutes. tht what im doing right now. im teaching myself to do a split. so what i do is put myself in that position and just sit like that for 5 minutes. IT WILL HURT. im not going to lie about that. i did feel it in the morning, but its totally worth it believe me. JUST REMEMBER TO STRETCH EVERYTHING EVERYDAY and i guarantee improvement
