Stand-up tanning beds are great! Like, they get you all over then. You need to lay in the bed so that your sides are where the bulbs are, even if that means laying on your side, which may be REALLY uncomfortable, but that's all you can do. Like, if you go in the bed for like 12 minutes, for 6 minutes lay on your back, and then for the other 6 minutes lay on your sides. That would definitely be your best bet! :] [ AMYGWENDOLiNExO's advice column | Ask AMYGWENDOLiNExO A Question ]

i dont use them so i dont know anything about that. but i would tell you to go to a pool area and lie in the sun. sunlight is much healthier and it feels better.
hope that helped you lovey!

There is also two bars in the stand up bed that lets you tan the underside of the arms. [ SweetStarx89's advice column | Ask SweetStarx89 A Question ]
lbwhite89 answered Friday June 1 2007, 12:26 pm: You don't have to lay on your stomach unless you back is white as well as your sides. What I did was rotate in the tanning bed.
Say I was doing the full 18 minutes that I could in a particular bed. There was a timer in there letting me know how much time was left. When it got to 11, I would lay on my right side with my right leg straight and my left leg bent so the insides of my legs would still be exposed to the bulbs. Make sure your arms aren't covering any part of your body. Then, when the timer got to 7, I would switch to my left side. When the timer got to 4, I would switch back to my back for the remainder of the time. This worked for me, but I did it from the beginning. You'd probably have to spend more time on your sides if they're whiter than the rest of you. [ lbwhite89's advice column | Ask lbwhite89 A Question ]
