Here's my plan.

Bed: 9:00 (I usually fall asleep around 10:30)
Wake up: 5:30
Work out: 5:30-6:00
Shower: 6:15(I usually lay around for 15 minutes after my work out to cool down)-6:30
Make up: 6:15-6:25

This is the point where I flip my hair upside down and blow my hair out a little bit to start drying it. Then, I go put on my clothes (except for my top shirt usually). Then I finish blow drying my hair.

Breakfast: 7:00-7:20

Then I finish getting ready; straighten my hair, put on my jewelry, finish getting dressed, getting my stuff together, etc. Then, I leave the house at 7:45 to get to school.

If you leave at 7 you'd have to push everything back 45 minutes. I'm not a quick person getting ready, so this could possibly be a lot shorter for you.

I'm going to tell you what MY schedule is. Maybe you'd like to follow it?
When I'm going to bed, I ALWAYS say the alphabet, I usually drift off at about 'L' because that's all I can remember when I wake up. Also, you could try relaxing your body THEN saying the alphabet. Like, lay flat on your stomach or flat on your back, and say "My feet are totally asleep...feet are relaxed..I can't move them..Legs are asleep" etc, just move UP the body.
Alright, my schedule:
5:00 - 5:15 - eat.
5:15 - 5:45 - work out.
5:45 - 6:00 - shower.
6:00 - 6:30 - hair.
6:30 - 7:00 - clothes.
I brush my teeth RIGHT before I leave, so I have a fresh feeling. (Also I brush them in the shower because I'm weird...but whatever you want lol.)

okay,

5:30-5:40 eat!
50:40-6:10 workout
6:10-6:25 shower (its better to be fast w/ showers)
6:25-6:40 blowdry, straighten, brush,face.
6:40-6:50 clothes and makeup (get clothes ready at night)
6:50-7:00 get little things ready, and go :]

go to bed at like, 9-10. then you'll get at least 7-8 hours. its really hard to fall asleep, you have to relax, maybe some tea? and if you have a tv, turn it off, then you wont get side tracked. and just stay calm, it takes awhile to fall asleep. and if you've been staying up late then everynight make sure you goto bed 10 mins earlier than the last. for staying awake, coffee. =)
hope i helped!
good luck

5:00-5:30=workout
5:30-6:00=shower
6:00-6:30=hair/makup
6:30-7:00=breakfast

for helping you go to sleep first of all dont eat for before you go to bed eat about two to three before you do to bed.and if you drink hot chocolate or horlicks original.

horlicks is really helpful for getting a restful night of sleep and it is caffeine free.it is made in the uk.im not sure if you live in the uk but i live in ireland and is been sold in supermarkets.
if where you live dont sell it well hot chocolate is really good for getting to sleep.

and for the day time staying awake if you a shower in the morning and go to bed early.

hope i helped,xxaoifexxx

Maybe try getting up earlier & going to sleep earlier? Try going to bed an hour earlier before you usually do, and trying getting up at 5am.
5:00-5:30 am -- workout.
5:30-6:00 am -- shower.
6:00-6:30 am -- hair/makeup.
6:30-7:00 am -- clothes/checking if you have everything.

And then that could work. Don't workout/eat before going to bed cause it can keep you up & you won't feel relaxed like you're supposed to at bedtime. Maybe take a sleeping pill about an hour prior to bedtime so it kicks in right as you're about to go to sleep.

Its always better for your workout in the morning..so lets make extra time for that.. also getting your clothes ready the next b4 saves a lot of time.
5.30-6.00 -workout
6.00-6.15 -shower
6.18-6.38 -dressed/hair/makeup
6.40-7.00 -eat breakfast or if you dont.. this is 20 mins to put towards other things in the sched!
