Hi,
Depends mostly on your skin type. If you're prone to pimples, then yes, definitely it will dramatically increase your number of breakouts.
Oil evaporates slower than water, but at such high heats (as McDonald's cookers) it -will- evaporate quite a lot. Not working over grills would be an advantage though, as you wouldn't be getting the radiant heat that is also bad for your skin.
A dermatologist would probably say "don't work there", however some people's skin stands a lot of oil without doing anything. You may as well get a job there, and resign after two weeks if it makes your skin bad.

Grease and possible break outs aren't the reason you shouldn't work at McDonald's, the fact that it's McDonald's is the reason you shouldn't work there. But if you're desperate for cash, the grease will mostly likely cause some problems, because there will be grease in the air. ]
The only way I think you would break out would be by grease particles in the air coming onto your face. But I doubt that would happen so go for the job, just wash your face reguarly and you should be fine.
You can also quit, if you do happen to break out. ]
as long as you keep your hands away from your face and wash after you work, I think you should be fine. and in most places they really pound you for touching your face or hair while at work, esp at food places like that. ]
no, only if you eat it. ]
