In one word: Yep.

It really just means he was excited and into it. It's the blood flowing through his penis---sort of the motion of the heartbeat magnified in his naughties. Completely okay and nothing to be freaked out by.

He was hard hunny. Or almost hard. Either way, he was aroused by you two making out. It is very normal and nothing to be scared about.

It means he was really horny, and hard. An intense make-out session can get a guy pretty excited, and it pulses in his "region" because he was getting hard. It's very normal.

Honey, if you don't know the answer to that then you are too young to have sex.

The pulsating is blood rushing to his penis which causes the erection and causes the throbbing effect with more anticipation of orgasism.

Woman can have the throbbing and pulsating feeling from the build up of pressure that builds before orgasism.
