after school, i'm doing a sport and well around now is when i'm supposed to get my next period. So I already know that I can't wear tampons when you do not have your period. Well for now until my period starts I am wearing Maxi Pads and well they have the slips that you tuck under your underwear so they stay in place...
My question is when I change in the locker rooms (i can't in the bathroom) there's gonna be almost 50 other girls there... and well I really do not want them to see me with a pad, so my question is what if I wear some kind of workout tights/shorts underneath my jeans at school, and then after school when we change nobody can see my underwear, and so i would just change into shorts.
does that seem weird? would people laugh??
if this sounds like a bad idea- how do i make my pad seem less visible in front of people when I change?
I CAN'T wear a tampon yet because i havn't gotten my period yet, it's gonna be starting pretty soon, so i just wanna be prepared.

Its exactly what there made for. no wings mean no visable tags, if you worry about it slippin wear tighter undies durring this time, but panty liners are so thin no one will see it even if there is a freak lookin for it. Dorra8you answered Wednesday April 11 2007, 2:24 pm: dont listen to "edwardcullenlover" because if you wear a tampon like that then its possible to get tss which can led to the loss of the ability to have children
----dont wear the shorts under your jeans----thats actually really odd ,,, if your changin in the girls locker room nobody will notice you wearing the pad and even if they do, it wont be a big deal---
soon you will find yourself havin casual conversations about shit like you periods and stuff SO DONT WORRY ABOUT WEARING THE PAD WHEN YOU HAVE TO CHANGE IN THE LOCKER haha [ Dorra8you's advice column | Ask Dorra8you A Question ]
TEENAGExHEARTS answered Tuesday April 10 2007, 11:48 pm: i agree with the two other girls that wearing shorts would be A LOT more noticalbe then a pad. i wear pads all the time and when i change nobody notices. it is really hard to notice anyway, plus who is looking there anyway? lol. spacefem answered Tuesday April 10 2007, 11:25 pm: I think if you wear shorts under your jeans people are going to ask you about it, it'll be noticable. if you're wearing a pad and someone sees then it's no big deal, everybody wears them, it's perfectly fine. And to be honest, unless you're wearing see-through undies I doubt they'll notice it anyway, someone would really have to stare at your crotch to see the little fold down tabs. christina answered Tuesday April 10 2007, 11:16 pm: Having a pad on in the locker room is nothing to be embarassed about. These girls are probably going through the same thing. Every girl gets their period, and they won't say anything. So just wear a pad...no worries. =) [ christina's advice column | Ask christina A Question ]
hollisterhottie answered Tuesday April 10 2007, 11:14 pm: you can wear shorts under your jeans, that's not weird. and if people ask you why just be like 'oh my gosh! i am? i must have forgotten to change out of them this morning! that's funny!' and just act casual. or instead you could wear a really long shirt and take off your pants and then make sure your shirt is pulled down then quickly put your new shorts on.
i hope i helped!~ [ hollisterhottie's advice column | Ask hollisterhottie A Question ]
