Wash them in RLY hot water.

wash them in hot water and leave them in the dryer for a long time...

put them in the wash, and leave them in the dryer for an extra long time, like do the normal load and put them back in on high for like 15 minutes...thats what i do to make mine shrink :D

Wash your jeans in hot water, and they will definitely shrink. Especially, the first time you do this.

Wash them in burning hot water ; then put them in the dryer.
