But if you are 5'6, nevermind the age, and you are only 95. Something is incredibly wrong. I don't think it is just your metabolism. I advise you to go see the doctor because it is really bad to be 95 pounds at the height of 5'6. You are really underweight by a lot. Even if you are a 105 pounds at 5'6, that is a problem.
Consult with a doctor first and question him/her if you should try diets to gain weight because it is better to check with a doctor first before anything else. [ StrawB3rryz's advice column | Ask StrawB3rryz A Question ]
MissAnonymous answered Wednesday April 4 2007, 9:05 am: Hi! Are you sure its only from your metabolism? Because no girl at age sixteen weighs ony 95 pounds. The only healthy way that i know is to eat less junk food, and eat more veggies, fruit, meat, etc. If you see dairy, which does not say organic, don't eat it. The non-dairy product people torture their animals and kill their cows after they give milk. The last part I don't really get, though. So eat healthy AND exercise.

Everyones metabolism is differnt and since yours is very high even if you tried to gain some weight you really couldn't. But if you want to gain WEIGHT you could try lighting weights and gaining mussel. that'll make you weight more but not nessasarly make you look a little bit more meaty? xWACKYJACKIEx answered Monday April 2 2007, 8:46 pm: I have a guy friend who is exactly like you, hes only 5 foot and like 70 pounds. He eats like a truck driver. :D But he has a really really really fast metabolism, just like you.
Theres not much you can do because of your metabolism. All you can really do is eat healthy. Ask a doctor what you can do. Thats all I can suggest. [ xWACKYJACKIEx's advice column | Ask xWACKYJACKIEx A Question ]
