Another good one to know is a link:
<a href="URL">link text</a>
That makes a clickable link. Replace URL with the URL; be sure to include http://. You can learn all about html at [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

<*b*>haha<*/*b*>
That bolds the text.
<*i*>haha<*/*i*>
That italisizes the text.
<*u*>haha<*/*u*>
That underlines the text.
<*s*>haha<*/*s*>
That strikethroughs [puts a line through] the text.
<*center*>haha<*/*center*>
That centers the text.

Take out the stars, and it'll work. =)

If you are just after the basics (mind you I don't even know how to do the heart thingy in myspace, lol) here's a small list to get you started.

<b> This would be bold text </b>
<u> This text would be underlined </u>
<s> This text would be strick through text </s>
<i> This would appear in italics </i>

Hope those help for starters. If you need any more tags for html just let me know. :)
