Am i wrong? OK, i am kind of short, like 5'1 or something(if that much) and i weigh 95 pounds. I know that's not overweight, but i have this stupid little pouch thingy and it makes me feel fat. How do i get rid of that wothout dramatic weight loss? Just exercise?

No, that's not fat at all. Perfect weight for your height, really. Most of us have that little "pouch" there, but crunches and sit-ups can help you get rid of it. I would start out with about thirty of them, either daily or every other day. If you're not used to doing them, you may want to do less. ]
Darling. I'm 5'1 and about twenty pounds heavier and I'm not fat, Not muscular either. no way. but my point is, EVERYONE has that little pouch. Its healthy, and basically the only way to get rid of it is to get a six pack or be anorexic. I'M NOT SAYING DONT EAT. that would be bad.
Honestly, I talk to my guy friends ALL the time about things like that and They think its cute, not a HUGE one, but a small pouch is cute, so they think. Idk. I don't understand that either, but they like it, I'm not complaining cause its less work for people like me.
but If you're REALLY set on getting rid of it, you're into a lot of working out. I mean like, daily crunches, and weight training. Doing sit ups on an incline board will excelerate results. and Cockroaches, ugh, I hate doing roaches. they're when you lay on your back and pick up both your shoulders and your legs off the ground at the same time. They work though.
Or do Six Inches. lay flat on your back and lift your feet so theyre about six inches from the floor and just hold them there by yourself.

Personally, I hate excersizing [hehe] but yeah. I hate doing sit ups, push ups, but i LOVE dancing. Do you? Pick something that you like doing that involoves moving [jogging to the mall, dancing, swimming] and go with it! You`ll be having fun while getting fitter [is that a word? haha] Also, there is always, yoga, tae bo, pilates- they can all fix that! You should totally lok into that!

I would do a bunch of sit ups. You could also try some pilates type exercises to tone your muscles. Definitely don't do any drastic dieting. Besides, they say the harshest critic of your body is yourself. Odds are at your size, nobody even notices. ]
since its not like dramatic work outs. just do sit ups. 100-200 a day. they work reallllllllyyyyy good. hope i helped =] ]
