hi ummmm i wanted to ask you a question about sex and i need advice as soon as possiable. okay so me and my boyfriend had sex for the first time march the 5th of this year. and we did it twice that night. okay well a day later we did it three times. well its still hurting me. and bad too. is that normal? what could be wrong?
jealousyxo answered Thursday March 8 2007, 6:00 pm: Its normal for sex to hurt the first few times you do it,it doesnt really stop hurting until like the 10th time you do it.You could be a little raw down there so im guessing you probably stressed your gentials because you had sex too much so i would say take a break from sex for a little while till everything down there heals,and once your ready to do it again when everythings fine tell him to go a little bit more gently,hope i could help!
koshii answered Thursday March 8 2007, 5:36 pm: So if I'm counting right, you had sex several times in 2 days, about 3 days ago.
Depending on where the pain is, several things could have happened.
If you were a virgin and/or experienced pain when he entered you the first time, you could still have an ache where your hymen was stretched or torn, or simply have some pain from stretching the vaginal walls past where they are used to. This pain can last for a little while (no more than a week) and would be felt down low, and feel like a scratch or a tear.
If the pain is up higher (deeper), it's likely that you had sex too rough or too often and bruised your cervix. I am very familiar with this kind of pain.
-_-;
That pain will be felt when you sit suddenly, and feel like a sharp poke deep inside, or like a sudden cramp that makes you go "oh dear god".
It is literally just a bruise, and the best thing you can do is walk gently and take it really easy for about five days. It's common to bruise the cervix if you're doing it too rough and hitting "the back wall" as it were.
If that's the case (and I'm guilty of having this problem a LOT with my last boyfriend), just give yourself a break and be gentler next time. Additionally I should mention that lots of bruising on the cervix can be a cause of cervical cancer later on.
If you don't feel better after another five days of no sex, then you might have some other problem which I can't think of because I'm no doctor. ^^ In that case I'd be a little worried. Most likely you're fine, just over exuberant. [ koshii's advice column | Ask koshii A Question ]

Now even if it wasnt your first time, it can still hurt. Now by hurting what do you mean? Is is sore, painful when you pee...etc That could be normal, but if it is extremely painful and unbearable you might want to see a doctor. Is there any weird colored discharge or smell? That could mean you have a bacterial infection, which can cause sex to be painful. So you mught want to go to any local drug store and buy some medicine to help that. They have creams and suppositories that you can use to help clear it up, usually in a few days, if that is the case. You just shouldnt have sex while you are using these meds because it can cause your man to break out or itch, which would not be so great. Only buy these products if you are positive that this is the case. Generally the symptoms are itching, weird smelling and looking discharge(thick white or yellow in color), and pain having sex and peeing. And did you use a condom? Some girls are allergic to latex or to the lubricant on it, so play around with using non-lubricated condoms and buying your own lube, a hypo-allerginic kind. Other than that, if your only symptoms is slight pain and discomfort during sex, and you feel sore,it is just because of the fact that you are haivng sex and your vaginal walls have to become used to stretching when this happens. The more you have sex, the more your body will adapt to this and it will not hurt anymore. Hope I helped.
khadiya answered Thursday March 8 2007, 2:22 am: Yes this is normal. Its going to take a couple of days for the muscules and tissues around your vagina to heal because you had sex so many times. You need to slow downs. Take a nice long warm bath. BATH NOT SHOWER. so the water can hit it and relax the muscules. [ khadiya's advice column | Ask khadiya A Question ]
ciao77 answered Thursday March 8 2007, 12:45 am: Hey,
Since you've had sex a few times in a row, it's normal to feel sore (especially since you just started.. How bad is the pain? If it really bothers you, you could talk to a nurse about it, or get checked out at the gyno or clinic. Let me know if you have any other questions [ ciao77's advice column | Ask ciao77 A Question ]
jenn-hansen answered Thursday March 8 2007, 12:09 am: I am not sure if is normal, but I wouldn't be too worried about it. The first time that you have sex there is some tearing involved and that takes some time to heal. Especially because you had sex two days in a row. I would suggest that you take it easy for a couple days, and if it is not better go to the doctor. Try some ibprofen, should help. When you go to have sex again work your way up to it, so that you do not aggrevate the hymen. Also, make sure there is a lot of lubrication. You can get something like ky jelly at a local drug store. I hope this helps let me know if you want more information.
