losing "inches" in april i am going to florida and i want to look a lot skinnier. im not fat but im not very skinny. i have a membership to a gym that i usually go to but im gunna try going 5 times a week and im also on a diet. im also trying to get abs by april but im not sure if thats possible. what do i have to do to make me look a lot skinnier and possible get abs by the end of april? also what are some excersies that you would remomend?

Try doing sit-ups and push-ups. Also you could try renting the exercises from Tae-Bo. They really work on the abs and they keep you moving. You can really feel it working. Good luck! I actually have the same goal as you. haha! =] ]
I'm going to Florida too! =) One excersize that I do is the Ab Chair Lounge. If you go here, you can get it for only $30.

All you do is sit on it, put your feet on the two black things as shown in the picture, grab the black rope and just do sit ups, it's very easy. i do 10 minutes every night. for the first 3 days my stomach hurt a lot, but i got used to it. you can start out with 5 minutes a day, then add a minute as each day goes on.
i listen to music while i do this because it makes the time go by faster.
