Get her a single pink rose along with a halmark card. Tell her how much you appreciate her, and do something really nice around the house.

thats reallly sweet. I adore my mom as well. I am going to make her a card, because seriously- all moms LOVE home made cards. I am also going to make her some cookies(oatmeal raisin is her favorite), and buy her a bottle of her favorite soap, or shampoo. If i have enough money after that, which I will... because I have 10 dollars as well...(shampoo= about 3 dollars) then i will get her a small box of chocolates(about 6 or 7 dollars). For the cookies, all the ingrediants are already probably in your house, so you dont need to buy that!

here are some really good cookie and other treat recipes- [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

here are some shampoos to look at as well!

hope I helped, and Happy Valentines day to you, and your mom!

good luck<3

(the products- chocolate, and soap or shampoo can be found at CVS, Walgreens, or any store basically)

Get her some chocolates or a cute teddybear. Or you can get her a funny card. =)

Go to a craft store or the craft department at your local department store. Buy some pretty glass beads that are of her taste, maybe a pendant, and some sort of craft string. Make her a necklace or bracelet. You should be able to pull this off with your $10.

Especially for moms, a gift you make is more heartfelt, because of the thought, time and effort you put into it.
