I gained about 15-20 pounds over the past 3 or 4 months. Now, I am 140, 5'6". I feel so fat! I have tried to lose the weight but I just don't have the motivation. I exercise plenty, but I eat even more, and I still gain weight. How can I find the motivation to eat less?

It's a documentary about the fast-food process... how they make it.... it's.... eww. I'm never touching that stuff again. Also, take a hobbie. Whenever you are hungry just distract yourself with your new fun hobbie.
Here's a tip to loose weight and PREVENT GAINING WEIGHT: watch what you eat. The next time you go to the grocery store look for light food, fat free food, veggies to make salads, nonfatening food, and foods with lots of fiber (yum lol)
But you should try excercising. Also try the special K challamnge. I lost 7 pounds in two weeks. I started watching what I eat and not eatting too much junk food and I haven't gained them back =) [ vilelove's advice column | Ask vilelove A Question ]
