Your weight is perfectly normal for 5 ft 5. You're perfectly average for this hight and that's great! =)

First off, I ask you if you're going to diet, please do it being healthy and with proper exercise.

You can find out your BMI, which will tell you if you are underweight, overweight or at a healthy weight considering both you height and age. This can be found on www.seventeen.com In their "Healthy" category.

5' 5" should be around 125lb so you're at an avg weight. Don't go to the extreme to lose weight becasue you really don't need to lose any.

Your BMI (body mass index) is probably something like 21.0, which is a tiny bit less than ideal weight. You're normal.

theymos answered Thursday January 25 2007, 10:00 pm:
both of those wights are in the normal range, which is, for you, about 110-145. So your new weight is more in the center of the range, which is good.
