salty foods.
salt helps your body retain water, and a hangover is basically your body becoming dehydrated from all the alcohol in your system.
i used to know someone who consumed a tablespoon of salt before going out and drinking, never had a hangover ever.

butttt...
you might want to try that at your own risk.
hope that helped. :]

There are OTC pills out there that you can take to ease hangovers (you take them before you drink). Also, drinking mass water can rehydrate yourself.

From my experience, drinking water and eating lots of foods really got rid of it 3 times faster than if i went starving all day. Some good foods will be bread (toast is good at sucking up alcohol), any grains (which does the same thing), and milk can work, too.

My friend eats bread, bland foods, they help soak up the alcohol.

Water, like everyone else says, is good too.

Drink a lot of water. NEVER drink the same amount of alcohol as you did the night before. It's a myth and just makes you even more drunk, and it doesn't help at all. Gatorade // other sports drinks helps. Eat kiwi or banana. Take ibuprofen. EAT! Help I helped.

Listen, before you go to sleep at night (after drink'n)eat somethin, take 2 aspirin, and drink a couple huge, glasses of water, seriously the reason for this is because drinking, makes you de-hydrated..so doin this will hydrate your body agin....but on those nights that you drink so much that your, like sick in the morning, "bite the hair of the dog that bit you"...or have a drink, for some people it works...the "hangover" is gone...That "crap" you buy over the counter, doesnt work....Trust me, I know....you'll have to try it...Good Luck

Vitamin C. Just take as much as you can, it's impossible to overdose. Also water and energy-filled foods. Take 10 vitamin C pills with 10 cups of water with a big greasy meal and the hangover will be significantly reduced.
