My teeth weren't so sentistive/stained
More energy
and When I drank something else (no sodas) it didn't make me crave for more.
mariahwannabe answered Monday January 8 2007, 11:16 am: Well yes - its all sugar really
Why dont you try coco cola zero : zero calories, zero sugar.
Also , (if youre a female) test have shown drinking more that 4 cans a week, makes your hips, pelvis bones shrink and leave you with more of a chance of having brittle bones disease in your pelvis. [ mariahwannabe's advice column | Ask mariahwannabe A Question ]
Brandi_S answered Monday January 8 2007, 8:59 am: No soda is good for you in large daily quantities. Does it make you gain weight? Why wouldn't it do the same as any other unhealthy beverage? Lite beer still causes beer bellies.
Known Coca-cola facts:
Pour a can a day down your kitchen sink drain to help prevent build up.
Pour a can of flat Coke into your white laundry loads. Brightens your whites!
Who knows about other brands, but I know that any drink made for human consumption that can also act in the same fashion as poisonous household chemicals isn't something I want to put into my body. Especially 12 cans a day...
pockets answered Monday January 8 2007, 6:48 am: It may or may not. The calories are low, but it's filled with chemicals that can do numerous things to your body (such as make you crave sugar, which can cause you to overeat and gain weight).
Also, with the artificial sweetner in it, 12 cans a day is way too much, it could "cause cancer". Try replacing half of your soda with water, and then try to cut it down to 1 can a day. [ pockets's advice column | Ask pockets A Question ]
Sabine answered Monday January 8 2007, 2:52 am: Well, Diet Coke has less than 1 calorie per can, and 0.1 grams of carbs, so I don't think that's what is making a you gain weight. It could be that the caffeine is stimulating your appetite, though, or that you're gaining water weight.
Diet Coke has nasty artificial sweeteners, though, so you have to figure out whether it's worth the risk to drink 12 cans a day of nasty chemical sludge (in my opinion) rather than drinking more water, which your body really needs.
