The reason you're eating less is actually because your stomach's shrinking. The less you eat, the more used your stomach feels to hunger, which means you can eat less to feel more full.
The answer to this problem, is to only eat healthy food. That way, you wont need to worry about getting fat off of the food. Leave things out like fruits, vegetables, chex mix and smoothies to eat instead of cakes, sookies, chips, ect.
The reason you got lightheaded was because your body obviously needs food to function, and you need the energy from food to be able to work out like that. So the solution to this is to eat a healthy snack or meal before workign out. =)

Because every time you receive a compliment or someone asks you how you lost weight or even mentions food, you'll feel like utter crap. You'll feel like you don't DESERVE the compliments and that you cheated.
Do it right. Eat, but eat healthy foods. Eat fruits and vegetables more often, but no food should be taboo. Exercise, but don't overdo it. If you feel lightheaded, you're not eating enough.
What you're doing right now is dangerous. Your body is eating your muscle rather than the food you should be putting into it.
I don't think you have an eating disorder yet. It doesn't sound like it's been going on for too long. But I think you need to get a handle on this thing now, before it gets worse. Things spiral quickly and that's not something you want.

It may take some time, but you need to try to get over this guy. That guy had no right to hurt you like that and make you feel this way. Try to just eat. Even when thinking about your weight. just get yourself to eat. the more you keep this up, the more bad the situation will get. If you want to lose weight, do a little research and give yourself a daily exercise plan. i hope you're problem gets solved! [ MSMWBTUA1718's advice column | Ask MSMWBTUA1718 A Question ]
brittx33 answered Friday January 5 2007, 6:06 am: Your not eating because you'll scared you'll gain weight.
5 pounds in 2 weeks is really good doing by yourself and naturally, without pills and stuff. But, like if you do lose weight, do it the RIGHT way.
Eat healthy things, excercise, etc.
Don't stop eating if your not full.
khadiya answered Friday January 5 2007, 3:49 am: Its great that you realize your problem and your trying to conquer it.
Your not eating because in your mind you are telling yourself not to eat. You know you are big and you dont like it.
Losing weight is a good idea dont let your friends try to sway you from it. instead of not eating, limit your calories. You will be killing to birds with one stone. Eat healthy. fruits veggies, baked meats, etc. Esercise is great but sounds like you were over doing it. You have to start off slow then build yourself up.
AND one more thing, when your loseing your weight think about the dumbass boy that called you fat, and when you get down to where you want to be make sure you show off!!!! [ khadiya's advice column | Ask khadiya A Question ]
