Sleeping Ok well for the past month i've been having a really difficult time falling asleep. Even if i am really tired i still can't seem to fall asleep, nothing really is on my mind either, nothing bad has happened nor am i stressful. Everytime i try to fall alseep i tend to feel sick or something, i don't know what is wrong with me, ohh and i don't want to take sleeping pills, my mom won't let me, she says then i won't be able to fall asleep by myself. Ohh and i sometimes fall asleep but it's only in the morning time, since it is still winter break for us, i want to fall asleep, so i won't be tired for school. Does anyone have any tips to try falling asleep better? Ohh and i already try counting sheeps and counting down from 100, it doesnt work. Thankyou if you help me! I'm so its long!

Actually, Sleeping Pills do help you go tot sleep and you may keep needing them to fall asleep. But you could try excersing during the day, do more physical things, that way your body would get tired, and you may fall asleep a little easier. I understand the not being able to sleep thing I have the same problem.

Go to a store some place close and get some night time tea, or take a bath with some lavender oil in it, or you can go to an herbal store and let someone on the staff know your sleepoing problem then they can give you a naturla herb or something that will help you sleep don't worry no pills there and if they are it's all herbs.

a couple of years ago i suffered with insomnia ((sleep disorder)) and i thought it was going to ruin my life.
its simply easy to get rid of.
my dad told me one night to just sit in bed with everything turned off and to just stare at the wall. you will get so bored you will suddenly fall asleep! i thought it wouldn't work in a MILLION years but it actually did.
also i learned myself that trying to sleep at the bottom of the bed or sideways helps too! maybe some change could be the cure.

Hahaa.. the girl below me stolee my ideaa=]! Yeahh just don't go to bed... that will get you tired and you'll go straight to bed! Hahaa! That's what i do sometimes for breaks they day before school. I wake up a 7:00 so i'm superr tiredd! Then i go to bed early so I wake up at a good time for school!
Before you go to bed do something calming... nothing loud! Go take a bath or showerr.. then listen to the radioo or watch tv.. (not too loud&& scary)

i used to have this problem and i did something kind of crazy.
I stayed up the whole next day until it was nightime that night. I was sooo tired that i feel to sleep that night and my schedule corrected itsself from there.
You should ask your mom can you take Benedryl. Its a sleeping aid, but its not an addictive one.
Niether is tylenyl pm. hah i cant spell tylenyol!! lol!! hope that helped. ]
