15/f. what is some makeup that i could apply that would make my eyes appear wider?? like what shades of eyeliner and where to apply it, or eyeshadow and mascara even. and if it helps i have blue eyes and dirty blonde hair.

I recommend, CoverGirl Outlast Smoothers Eyeliner in Quartz. This eyeliner, is long-lasting and does make your eyes appear wider.

If your eyelashes are NOT black do not wear black mascara or black eyeliner but if they are close to black then you can.
So get a dark/brown mascara and eyeliner! I like Maybeline,Sephora eyeliner. For Mascara Loreal Volumize.
For eye shadow u should get light colors like pinks, purples, yellows, neautral colors. Even reds would go great. But dont wear so much u look like a clown :)
Usually when you wear eyeliner it deffinitly brings out your eyes and it shoudl make them seem wider! You put eyeliner on the lid of your eye you have to use two hands. You could also try the top too that might help :) Hope i helped. [ Tara66's advice column | Ask Tara66 A Question ]

1. First apply your basic make-up like foundation, blush and your lip gloss.
2. Dab a little foundation under your eyes that is a shade lighter than your skin tone. This will make your eyes instantly brighter.
3. Create a smoky eye look (that's a darker shade closer to your eye and adding lighter shades all the way up to your brow, and for this effect the color under your brow should be white.)
4. Apply a white eyeliner. This is the number one tip to making your eyes appear wider and more awake. It will instantly make your eyes bigger. You can find white eyeliner at alomost any drug store or makeup store that you'd buy your other makeup at.
5. Apply a mascara that makes your eyelashes look longer, not fuller. Making them longer will give your eyes a better "awake" effect than making them fuller will. Making them fuller will just make your face look too drastic.
6. If your eyes are a bit red when you wake up, use some cooling eyedrops.
Also if you add a small amount of shimmer powder under your eyes, your eyes will look alot brighter.
But don't try to apply a dark colored eye shadow with the white eyeliner, you'll probably come out looking wierd because your eyes will look bigger but too drastic.

Another trick you could try is to apply a smudge of brown liner/shadow to the lower outer corner of your eye with a tiny bit of mascara on the lower lashes.
