Hormones start kicking in around the age of 13. Perfectly normal. Actually kind of good in ways, because that may stop her from having sex.

People start periods at all different times. Some start at age 9 while others start at age 18. It's normal. Seriously.

As for the teddy bear, she was only 7 so I doubt she was actually masturbating. She was possibly pleasuring herself without realizing what she was doing, but it's normal also.

No need for a doctor.

Yes, it's normal. Everybody has a sex drive. I've read somewhere that just about everybody masturbates when they're about two years old, but don't remember it. It's perfectly normal to explore your own body, and in my opinion, earlier is better. I say more power to her. She knows about her body and what feels good. Also, it's a lot better to masturbate than to go out and have sex with drunk guys, I'm sure you agree. And everybody gets their period at a different time. Totally normal.

My sister is 10 and she got her period this year. It depends on how fast you grow. Some shoot up and some may take a little longer, it's the same with our sexuality. Since she has matured so young I think it would be perfectly normal. Kids start exploring their bodies when they first reach, or before, puberty and that sounds like what's happened with your sister. So I don't think you have anything to worry about. Just let her be.

Hope this helped you!

Yeah its normal to be doing things like that. It's something new and if it feels good.. of course you'll do it again... even though you don't really know what you're doing.

Lots of young kids do it without realizing what it is.

Yeah.. The whole having the period thing doesn't really have to do anything with masturbation.
Maybe that her horomones are crazy. Matured faster..
