You can be under 18 and buy one there and also at Spencers and at a pharmacy like CVS! The Trojan ones work best, but that's just my opinion, you don't have to be embarrased buying one, it's better to be open to yourself about your sexual desires. Have fun :) [ SofiaH's advice column | Ask SofiaH A Question ]
Melody answered Saturday November 18 2006, 12:57 pm: You usually have to be 18 to buy a vibrator, because the only place you can actually buy them is at a sex store. In some states, vibrators and other sex toys are illegal. My advice would be to buy a hand held massager at Walmart or something. Basically, that's all a vibrator is.
Talk to a trusted adult when it comes to stuff like this. Tell your mom or whoever that you are growing up and your raging hormones are starting to kick in. Then explain to her that you aren't ready for sex and you were wondering if you could purchase a vibrator.
If this is out of the question, try talking to a friend you have that's over the age of 18. Joke around about it and around your birthday or something, tell her to get you a vibrator as a joke and laugh your ass off about it. If (s)he does actually buy it for you, then use it.
If worse comes to worse, order one of the internet. adamandeve is a great website. You would have to have a credit card & lie about your age though. I would NEVER advise this. It's just one of your options. [ Melody's advice column | Ask Melody A Question ]

sexy_rexy answered Saturday November 18 2006, 12:22 am: Not quite sure about the laws in the US but I'd say since your under the legal age limit you probably couldn't purchase one until you're 18. If possible you could get someone else to buy one for you. Otherwise there are lots of homemade vibrator ideas someone has already suggested before me. This might sound gross but using things such as a cell phone on vibrate mode, an electric toothbrush, vibrating pens or an anologue playstation contoller can be simple and you won't need to go and buy anything. Might be an idea to cover these with a condom first!
sillyrob answered Friday November 17 2006, 11:28 pm: Sorry, but you have about 4 years before you can buy a vibrator. It's not like you need one at your age anyways. [ sillyrob's advice column | Ask sillyrob A Question ]
clueless answered Friday November 17 2006, 11:05 pm: you dont nessasarly have to purchuse a vibrator just yet considering your underage, im sure you can find house hold objects that you can use just put condom over things..i know it might sound grose but it could work for now,not having a professionaly made masterbating tool is not the end of the world so explore try things out buy somthing you are able to buy at your age.. somthing close to it theres objects that could be fun and exciting [ clueless's advice column | Ask clueless A Question ]
queenhearts answered Friday November 17 2006, 9:13 pm: You have to be 18 to get one. In the future you can go to Spencers (if you have heard of it)
Or you can get an older friend of yours to buy one for you.
Mystic_Sandwich answered Friday November 17 2006, 8:24 pm: Generally you have to be 18 to go anywhere that sells vibrators. I dont know about any age restricting laws about sale to or use by a minor, but in some places its just illegal to sell them, and pretty much everywhere you can get one is an adult book/video/novelty/apparel store and those tend to make sure youre 18 before you buy anything.
