well me and my mom were talking yesterday and shes like i think i might know something else to get you for christmas! and im like what? and shes like have you ever heard of the CHI straightener? and im like yea the one that costs like $200. i heard its suppose to be good but for anyone that uses it does it really work good or what because i will feel bad to have her like spend so much and have me not like it!! well thank you.

The Chi is amazing.
I have extremely unruly and coarse hair. It's curly as hell and I've done so much chemical stuff that it's not AS bad as it was.
But when my cousin moved in and her straightener became a product I could use (granted, I had my own cheaper ones) it was the best thing that ever happened.

heyy..i have a CHI for the past like 3 years and I absolutely love it!!!! My hair is ridiculously curly and it works amazinggg...if you look online, you can probably find it for less then $200, i know when I got mine it cost around $115...Good luck <3

I dont have one but a lot of my friends do and sometimes they straighten my hair for me with one. I am hopefully getting one for christmas too. They are really good! If you feel bad about your mom getting you one with so much money, just tell her not to spend too much on other things.

I love my CHI straightner. I have a 1" straighter, but they are avaliable in 2" plates. I have a lot of poofyness/frizzyness/wavyness in my hair before I straighten it. Afterwards, it's so soft and smooth.

Yeah it works better then any other straightner I have used. And if you don't want the skinny one, they make a thicker one. But if your hair is shorter it's best to get the thin one. But I have long hair and it takes about 10 minutes to straighten it good.

hey, well i dont like chis. there so little so they take a long tiem to straigthen your whole hair. i mean they will eventually straighten your hair but not fast.

Yes, they work really good, but unless you have horribly uncooperative hair, you can get away with a cheaper one. Ask your hair stylist (if you have one) for suggestions. They work great according to all of the people who I know that have a CHI.

Go to that site. They have reviews that you can look. Just look to the right of the stars and click on reviews. There are hardly any bad ones on there.
None of them are 200 dollars except for the one that comes with all of the extra stuff. Some of them aren't even 100 dollars.
If you don't like it, you can take it back to the store and return it though.

The CHI iron is practically the best on the market. I'm thinking about buying one for myself since my other one burnt out because all my friends have had theirs and its still as good as the day they bought it. You should go for it, it also comes with a warranty in case anything goes wrong but that's only for technical problems, you're never going to be unsatisfied in terms of quality.

CHI works really good my friend has one and i use it every time i go to her house. She has curly hair but it becomes perfectly straight when she uses it . so it works very well.
