Yes, very normal and it'll probably fix itself as you get older. For now, try a padded bra if you're self-conscious about it.

Yes. It is very common for this to be the case. Often times, the hand/side you write with or use the most will have the smaller breast because that side gets more of a "work out" in a sense so the muscle is tighter and sits higher up. Thus, one breast appears larger. It generally should not be more than a cup size in difference though. :)
