I eat too much. Ok put it this way.
I eat way to much, im not even kidding.
I dont eat anything bad though , i eat all healthy foods but i just eat to much of it!
Like for example fruit.
I could sit there and eat it for like 30 minutes without stopping.
Or like cereal, i dont just eat one bowl. I eat like 3
I exercise all the time, but maybe im just bored?

You need a hobby, one that keeps your hands busy. Such as playing video games, an instrument, or maybe even sports. ]
i do the same thing when you go shopping or when your mom does buy one apple so you cant eat so much or just tell yourself you dont need that and try to accuply yourself ]
Alright well let me sart off my telling you i relate to this very well. Like with me, i stop eating when i get tired of chewing lol. But im going to tell you what helped me. Whatever it is your eating, eat it slower. The faster you eat, the more you can fit in. If you eat slower, your stomach will fill faster. and try and busy yourself more. Boredom plays a HUGE role in this. Like if your bored at home, listen to music, or dance :) do whatever makes you happy.

haha i totally know what you mean, like you could eat alll day no matter what? Someone once told me its called binging? idk. but its where you eat when you are either bored or stressed. It happens, but dont worry abotu it. i mean at least your eating healthy! and you excersize alot so i wouldnt worry about it too much. but i am no health expert, but that's just what i have to say about it.
