drinking problem?

Question Posted Sunday November 5 2006, 4:30 pm

Ok, so i'm wondering if i'm overreacting or my parents really have a drinking problem. because it seems to me like theyre constantly drinking. however, they dont do it during the week when they work which is good but on the weekend they feel the need to drink every night. they dont get completely smashed but they get tipsy and they make fools out of themselves a lot which is why i never bring friends over. its really embarrasing to me. cus then they cant drive me anywhere and they just stay home watching tv and drinking. it really bothers me and i want to know if this is a drinking problem. sometimes my mom will come home from work on friday morning at like 7 am before i leave for school and she'll be drinking a beer. is that normal? because she doesnt have work that day or anything but still. 7 AM?
