your obvoiusly not ready if your coming on here to make a big deal out of why adults think sex is a big deal. Your probly one of those 13 year olds that keep seeing those questions on here about how stupid 13 year olds are having sex at such a young age thinking they are ready either because a guy wants to screw them or you finally got a new boyfriend and youve been with him for a month and you think you guys will last forever.

How do you not see the big deal in sex? You may think you are ready but honestly did you think about the after facts of having sex with someone? Like diseases, getting pregnant because the condom broke, The fact you will never get your virginity back.

You shouldnt have sex because the majority of teenagers decide to have sex before they turn 15. I bet that those teenagers where not ready for sex. They either had sex because of peer-pressure or because they thought it was cool.

Think about everything before you go and have sex. Think about when you really meet the love of your life the man your going to marry, hes not going to be able to be the one to take your virginity.

i don't really understand what you are asking? if you say you are ready for sex, then you are ready, you shouldn't ask us, we don't know how you feel.

we can't say you are too young because you didn't state your age, but i lost my virginity at 13 & would give anything to get it back. its not that i regret it, because i don't, i just wish my first time was more special.

if you are ready for all the risks/pressure/gossip/ and everything else that follows under sex, then go for it.

If you say you're ready, do it. But, if you get pregnant, it's your problem, not mine. If you catch an STD, too bad; deal with it. Why are you asking random strangers if you're ready or not? We don't know you--if you think you're ready, and you think you can handle the risk of getting pregnant/getting an STD, feeling regret for losing your virginity--thennnnnn go for it.

the reason its such a big deal is becuz you are to young. you can have babies get sick. its just your not ready. but i cant make choices for you. im just saying what i think so bear with me. i think you should till your like 18. your an adult then. do whatever. but not now. i dont know how old you are but you probably are too young. just in my opinion wait a little longer. even if you do have sex and your wearing a condem to protect you they dont always work. who knows what can happen. just hold on a little bit. if you have anymore questions feel free to email me anytime at scdgirl288yahoo.com

The reason why sex is such a big deal is because its SEX. I mean, that's a pretty big then in itself and you're young, you're not supposed to be having sex so early in life. Sex is supposed to be something shared for two people in love whenever they're older and know they'll be together.

I'm not saying you, but all kids today are just treating sex like it's absolutely nothing and they're just doing it cause they're bored, and they're like, 12 years old!

And there's so many consequences with sex. Diseases, STDS, AIDS, everything and teenage pregnancy! Do you really want a baby bump at the age of whatever you are? Even though kids today are all,"I've got a condom, it's fine," it's not. Condoms can break, and that's half the reason teenage pregnancies occur.

Plus, it's your virginity. Once it's gone, it's gone. You can't get it back. And what are you going to tell your kids? That it wasn't romantic or with somebody you really love ( or their FATHER for that matter? )?

Like I said it's just something that's mean to be special and wonderful for two people who are going to be together for a long time and love eachother very deeply, and that's not what it's about for most of the teenage population, so that's why it's a humungous deal.

I hope I helped.

The big deal IS sex! Once you lose your virginity, it's gone... forever. Plus, there are lots of things that can go wrong. You can get pregnant, even with protection -- it can happen. You can get AIDS, STD's, and many other sexually transmitted deceases, that can kill you.

And if you're ready, then why are you asking all of us on advicenators about it? I recommend taking this quiz anyway.
