weight loose can i loose weight by not eating but one time a day or not eating at all or will that make me sick i really wanna loose 20 pounds by november plzzzzzz help me give me some advice?

Well everyone pretty much underlined that this is not the way to do it. They are of course perfectly right. The problem with starvation mode is that your metabolism slows, you digest muscle ahead of fat, and when you start eating again the weight will pile on (in fat).
Steady, healthy, maintainable weight loss should be at about 1 to 2 pounds a week.
Exercise is great. Best types are probably weight training and cardio (such as on alternating days for example).
In short, you need to eat often (4-6 times a day), you need to eat balanced meals, you need to divide your calories roughly equally between these meals (a bit more before exercise, a bit less after) and you need to eat healthy. Your total calories should be about 500 or so below what you burn.

Pleeease don't stop eating, or even only one meal a day!! That's not a good way to lose weight, it's very unhealthy.
A good way to lose weight would be to do something active every day (like go for a jog or a bike ride) for at least 20 minutes and eat more veggies. But don't make all your meals just veggies!!
You might not lose 20 pounds by November, honey, but will lose weight and be healthier. 20 pounds is a big goal, so if you don't achieve it, don't give up!! <3 ]
honey, becoming or trying to be anorexic, bulemic, creating disorders are definately not the way. Trust me. I was bulemic for a while and the effects of it were getting constantly sick, having no energy, losing a lot of my friends because of my mood swings and attitude toward life, my body was aching a lot, etc. You can even faint if you don't put enough nutrients and fat in your body. Also, by skipping meals, you are decreasing your metabolism and by doing this for a certain period of time, your body will start to save the fat instead of using it since the body doesn't know when the next meal is going to come in
You are setting unrealistic goals by wanting to lost 20 pounds in 20 days. That's almost a pound per day! If you want to lose wieght, do it the right way.
Exercise everyday no matter how much you dispise it. If you can't fit in 20min of exercise everyday, try doing (gradually increasing the amount) 100 crunches everyday. It only takes what, less then 5 min? Don't start off at 100. Start off maybe 20--10 in the morning 10 at night--then 30, then 40. Etc. Eat healthy. Instead of reaching for seconds, eat slowly so your brain gets the messege that you're full (it takes at least 20min) eat proportioned meals. Lay off fatty stuff like butter, mayo, penut butter, candy, junk food, sodas (even diet ones and sugar free ones)Eat veggies everyday and eat 3 porportioned meals and 2 snacks in b/w meals to help you from over piling your plate. etc. ]
whoaaaaaaaa! not eating is not the way to do it! if you starve yourself then your brain thinks there is a famine and so it goes into survival mode. This is where you begin to store MORE fat!
What you need is moderate exercise and to eat healthily therefore it is more like a lifetime plan rather than i ridiculous sudden and short wieght loss which u wont keep up.
You can lose weight quickly by eating healthy foods as they realease energy slower and make you feel more full for longer...... eat slowly!

Eat a healthy but well proportioned breakfast & lunch, but have a snack instead of eating dinner. Don't eat anything after 7:00. Drink plenty of water. Green vegies are good. Berries. Cereal. You know... ]
Avoid eating carbs, breads, rices, starches, or any of the kind. And get in lots of cardiovascular activity, it's hard work, but starving yourself never works to the way you want it, you could start seeing results from diet and exercise in two weeks if you work out 4-5 times a week, and maintain a healthy diet. By November, you'll look 25 pounds less. ]
As i say this to everyone, exercise and a calorie controlled diet.
Eating wheet/whole grain cereals, lowfat yogurt, steamed vegetables etc can make you lose weight fast. Try and only eat things with less than 150 callories.
Swimming is a great exercise. Its said a lot but still under rated. I lost a stone in two weeks by swimming for 2 hours everyday and eating a ccalorie controlled diet. If you dont have much time, yoga. You dont get sweaty or out of breath, but it really does work. Maybe you could enrole in a class with some friends?
