karisue answered Thursday September 21 2006, 6:15 pm: you don't have to have your parents permission to be on the pill. you can get your school nurse or even your home ec teacher to schedule you an appointment & a ride there & back. and the doctor is not allowed to say anything to your parents if you ask him not to. if he does, then you could sue him..
but i hope i helped you - [ karisue's advice column | Ask karisue A Question ]

diseasedzombie answered Tuesday September 19 2006, 9:34 pm: Well, you can always go to a clinic. But why are you having sex at such a young age? Do you really want to ruin your teen years by being a 13 year old mother? Maybe you should stop and wait it out until your about 18 while you still have your best years left. Advicelady6798 answered Tuesday September 19 2006, 9:00 pm: Well you should tell your mom about it because if you want to continue to have sex then you should at least get some pills. Most doctors are not allowed to reveal that kind of informaion even to your family. They have a confidentiality code where they can only tell you about the problems and stuff but since you are only 13 it may not apply to you. Everyone at your age is afraid to tell their mother they need to go on the pill but are you willing to take the risk of getting pregnant because you wouldn't. Chika answered Tuesday September 19 2006, 8:46 pm: don't go to your doctor, go to a free clinic or whatever those things are called these days. And just ask them not to tell your parents or anyone and they won't. well at least thats what i have heard. Hope i helped! [ Chika's advice column | Ask Chika A Question ]
