I am 13. I have had sex. I am scared to go to the doctor to get birth control pills because i am afraid he'll tell my mom and he'll look at me and be like you only 13... and/or how do i get there.. haha i dont know just some advice will hepl. :]

you should tell your mom, cause she's ganna find out anyway, it is pretty obvius when someone is pregnent.
