Last Saturday this boy gave me his phone number. Its now a week later and I finally decided I want to call him (after a week of trying to get over my shyness lol) but I'm not sure if its still appropriate since its a week later. Is it too late?
MelLeDisko answered Sunday September 17 2006, 8:36 pm: No, it's never too late! If he gave you his number, he's obviously wanting you to call him, and the wait might even make him more excited for when you actually do call! But I would do it soon, because he might be starting to get worried you don't like him or something and aren't interested. Just be like "Hey! Sorry it took me so long to call, haha. I had to work up the nerve." and just make a little joke about it. I hope I helped. [ MelLeDisko's advice column | Ask MelLeDisko A Question ]
squashagirlsadvice answered Sunday September 17 2006, 6:17 pm: of course it's not to late! I mean he was the one who gave you the phone number so he obviously wants you to call him. Also if you don't call him then you might be missing out on a great friendship maybe. I say take your chances and call him! [ squashagirlsadvice's advice column | Ask squashagirlsadvice A Question ]

Volleyball2150 answered Sunday September 17 2006, 2:58 pm: Not as long as you tell him the reason why you called so late. Tell him that you were too shy to call him then... or if you dont want to say that.. say you were busy and actually found a convienent time to call him.
