which vitamins will help make your hair healthier or grow faster? because i heard there is one that helps things be healthier. and i drink ALOT of orange juice! what vitamins do i get out of that ..if any? and what does that help me out.
blwinteler answered Wednesday September 13 2006, 12:11 am: Prenatal vitamins are supposed to be good for your hair. That is why my gynecologist told me. She also specializes in weight loss, internal medicine, and hair and nails. This woman knows what she is talking about. It may seem wierd to get prenatal vitamins when you aren't pregnant, but really, they are just vitamins. They have higher quanities of things women of childbearing age (if you get your period, you are that age whether you are ready for kids or not) need more of. They are also supposed to be good for replacing stuff lost during your period. So, that is what I would recommend getting. [ blwinteler's advice column | Ask blwinteler A Question ]
