I wanted to send an e-mail to one of my best friends have always been there for me no matter what and that I can tell anything to and let her know how much I appreciate her. I've been best friends with her since third grade and I am now in seventh. I was going to put all of our good times in the e-mail, but I don't know what else to put. Does anyone know of something else that I can put in the e-mail?

pinky swearing
and vowing to be friends forever
our interests in toys
slowly changed to boys
but we`ve always stuck together
we`d have our fights at sleepover nights
that didn`t work out as we planned
but we'd try to forget,
no matter how upset
we'd try to understand..
when i say i love you
i mean it from the heart..
i'll always care
and always be there
like you have from the start
at one point in time
we'll say our goodbyes
become adults and live separate lives
but sun or rain, no matter what weather
your always my friend, * now and forever *
learned that the greatest thing about high school isnt the parties or the drinking or the hook-ups..It's the friendships which means taking chances. I learned that sometimes the things we want to forget are the things which we most need to talk about. I learned that letters from friends are the most important thing, & that sending cards to your friends makes you feel better. But, basically, I just learned that my friends both OLD & NEW Are the most important people to me in the world & without them, I wouldn't be who I am today. So this is a thank you to all of my friends. For always being there & I love you. [ tXBLONDiE08's advice column | Ask tXBLONDiE08 A Question ]

I can tell you this, though: Don't send E-mail, send a REAL letter. A real letter is physical; it can be held, it has your handwriting and your personal touch, and it can be saved for years. E-mail is for quick and easy communication or for passing on the latest gossip; it's not something to treasure.

You can put inside jokes in there, stories about your good times, like you said, maybe funny pictures you've taken together.
Anything that reminds you of her. :]

Wow, you are such a good friend. And being told that you are appretiated really means alot. Putting in the good times you've had would be amazing, also you can put the things that she has helped you with, all of your firsts together (if you have any, like first rollercoaster or something) and how if you didn't have her you wouldn't be the same person you are today. Just really nice things that pop into your head. When you start writing it will be hard to stop. Trust me. lol
