They don't let you dress out?? :/ I would just take extra clothes with me. Change before you do to second period, if you have time. If you don't, ask to use the restroom right before first ends and change then. And also have your perfume, make up, etc so you can re apply.

With your clothes though, just bring like, shorts and a t-shirt to wear for gym then your regular school clothes to change into.

We're allowed to change, but we can't take showers either.

Heres what I do:
Keep a facial wash cloth (Dove makes some) in your purse, just use it after class in the bathroom. Reapply all makeup as well. Keep a brush on hand and maybe some hair bands if you need to pull it back if the style gets ruined in class.

Be sure to put more deoderant on, also, perfume wouldn't hurt. But if you are adding perfume, make sure the deoderant is unsceneted to avoid mixing the smells.

If you are wearing shoes with socks, change your socks if at all possible.

Good luck :)

whenever i used to go finish gym, i would have a little towel in my bag to wipe all the sweat off of my face and everything, and i would re-apply all my makeup. and i would apply a fresh new "layer" or whatever you call it of deoderant and spray some light body spray. And just take a little sip of water if there's a water fountain in there too. And like the other girl said, change bras while you're changing so if the other one's all sweaty, you won't have stains or anything. And what I try to do in gym is just I try to play the games and do the activities and everything, but I don't get fully into it so I don't sweat as much. I hope I helped. <3

i used to have pe second block (in otherwords 3rd & 4th period).I used to change my bra after gym when the bra i was wearing for gym was either wet or sweaty.I also brought with me a fragrance spray like vanilla mist for example,i also brought deoderant with me.I also had these blotting cloths which take away excess (sp) oils ans takes the shine off of your face.I also brought with me the make up i used that day so i can touch it up after gym.Yeah,im a realy girly girl lol hope i could help!
