Striker6909 answered Saturday August 19 2006, 5:08 pm: have a healthy balanced diet, work out, take lots of vitamin C and other vitamins... other than that... you should be fine =) though i must say... actually getting the sickness would be better because your immune system is a very versatile thing and keeps you safe after the first time of getting the sickness... good luck though. Moop answered Saturday August 19 2006, 3:32 pm: living off of local fruits and veggies will help with allergies. especially if you eat local honey. there's not much you can do to boost your immune system, but you can guard yourself against some illnesses by changing your diet. there are tons of books on illness-proofing available at all the major bookstores. pinkers answered Saturday August 19 2006, 3:27 pm: You can improve your immune system by eating lots of fruits and vegetables. Washing your hands a lot helps to. Like when you are at school, take sanitizer and put it in your locker and use a squirt right before lunch. Clean your bedding often and don't drink out of the same cups or bottles of other people without it being washed. Well i hope i helped. [ pinkers's advice column | Ask pinkers A Question ]

sassysara answered Saturday August 19 2006, 3:22 pm: Wash your hands on a regular basis, take enchinacea as this enhances your immune system and strengthens it. Also there is a product you can buy in any pharmacy that hospitals use that is an anti-germ, anti-bacterial hand gel that you rub on your hands that kills most germs and does not need water.
Make sure you don't go overboard though as too much hand washing can lead to rawness and infection.
