before school hi =]
okayyy so i'm 5'7 probably and i weigh 107 pounds but i want to get down to 100 before school starts and don't give me some big speech about how it's not good to loose weight because i'm doing it but alright so... i don't eat that much every now and then and i just drink a lot of water and i work out like...45 minutes every day and i started all this about a week ago so does anyone have any advice on how to lose it fast? i want to be down to 104 by sunday please and thank you =]

Alright, so, you REALLY shouldn't be 107 at 5' 7". Really. You've got to be so tiny--if you get much worse you're just going to look gross and why do you want that? But I will say this and I'm not lying; you should eat often and regularly. It will actually help you lose weight if you combine it with exercise. When you don't eat normally, your body stores the food that you do give it, thus making it almost impossible to lose it. I would like to know why you want to lose the weight though. Weight isn't necessarily the goal; looking good is, right? ]
sounds like youre doing a good job right now. but i dont think you need to loose any weight. i know you said not to lecture you but really. im like 5'3 and i weigh like 97.5. it doesnt seem like you need to loose any more weight. youre probably really tiny as it is. ]
you don't need to lose weight. it'd be completely unhealthy if you did. i'm 5'2" & i weigh 130. you're going to make me feel bad. hahaha. [: ]

I am going to tell you two things, something that you want to hear , which is:
You can wake up every morning, do lots of stretches and exercises , then go to the club, run the track twice, and then go to the gym, work out and maybe even consult a trainer their to tell you about some exercises for losing weight and keeping fit, and then you can go for some long walks and jogging and stuff, and completely quit junk food and anything that contains sugar and fats and carbohydrates.
Only eat healthy food containing the four food groups. If you have a rope too, you can jump everyday 200 jumps , it really helps.
And don't forget , drink lots and lots of water.
And then i will also tell you something you don't want to hear, i know that my job is to just answer your question, but my job is also to advise you, if i were you , i wouldn't even consider losing weight, because then you would get so thin and skinny, and you would look week and stuff, because you are underweight. So listen to me and listen to the other advice columnists which advised you, you are not fat and you are not the least bit close to thinking of losing weight. And we all know better than you and we are trying to help you.

Im going to give you a speech anyways. I dont think you realize how much underweight you are. Yea your right losing weight for you is not healthy for you. Your going to be one of those girl with eatting disorders. Someone 5foot7in. Should way around 135pounds. You need to see your family doctor && a diettitian.
If you continue you to do this to your body your going to have alot of problems in the future.

Ohh man, seriously, what are we supposed to tell you? You aren't losing weight because it's not healthy for your body to do so.
There is no other answer I can give you so if you. If you want to rate me low it's no skin off my back, but I'll tell you something anyway because I care.
Starving yourself will cause your body to eat away at its own organs. My friend did this, sat up in her hospital bed and passed out. She was down to 62 pounds or so, but much shorter than you. She was very intellegent and now knows a lot about anorexia, and realises how horrible it is now.
The average girl that's 5'7 should weigh
