If you ask a doctor, any sexual activity like oral,handjob, ect...is considered being sexually active. Sexual intercourse is sex but so is this other stuff. Its alright that he gives you oral sex if you guys really love each other you are still a virgin, in a way. But until you have intercourse youre still a virgin. :-)
