Alli answered Wednesday August 9 2006, 5:19 pm: OMG(oh my goodness) I have the exact same problem and I as well use dandruff shampoo. However if teh smapoo is not working then maybe you need to get your head more cleaner(I am not saying that your head it dirty) I am saying maybe you are just cleeaning your hair with the shampoo. Sop nedxt time try getting your scalp included in the washing as well.

It will coat your scalp, giving it moisture...therefore getting rid of dandruff once and for all. (You can get it at Wal-Mart for less than $5.00) [ kristen22's advice column | Ask kristen22 A Question ]
Notso answered Wednesday August 9 2006, 1:52 pm: try taking a colder shower. Not freezing, just turn down the heat a little. If you have a tendency to have dry skin, it doesn't just stop at your scalp, it continues.
Also when you shampoo, massage your head, not just your hair, it should slough off some dead skin cells that way they don't end up on your shoulders. [ Notso's advice column | Ask Notso A Question ]

ductape_n_roses answered Wednesday August 9 2006, 1:36 pm: Head & Shoulder is awesome for those pesty llittle dandruff. You really shouldn't be scratching your scalp to make them come off because you're doing damage to your scalp.
Wehn you get out of the shower, dry it with a towel roughly (it will relieve any itching without the damge of scratching) After blow dry it using a fine comb. For the rest of the day don't touch your hair. IF those dandruff shows up again, go to see a hair stylist at a salon and see what's up with your scalp.
