Bananas don't have protein...eggs and oatmeal are your best bets. I don't mean the sugary flavored packets of oatmeal either....I mean straight up oatmeal with milk and some cinnamon. [ MikeCFT's advice column | Ask MikeCFT A Question ]
Lola answered Tuesday August 8 2006, 4:15 am: I usually only eat healthy food consisting of the four food groups, so for breakfast there should always be eggs with sausages (and can often be put in the same sandwich), yogurt and milk. These are my suggestions and this is what i eat. [ Lola's advice column | Ask Lola A Question ]
