eating i'm 5'8 and 112 pounds maybe? how fast can i lose around 10-15 pounds and how? what are some things i can do?

You don`t need to lose any weight at all. That would almost be like an eating disorder. Don`t think about yourself fat. I`m alot shorter then you & I weight alot more then you. Trust me, you don`t need to lose the weight. You might actually want to try to gain weight.

uum you deffinetly don't need to lose any weight. You're tall and 112 is NOT a lot for your height. I'm like, anywher between 105 - 110 and I'm only 5'3 and I'm not fat at all. Don't try losing weight ]
thats kind of gross because i am 5'7 and 112.5 pounds... i am a whole inch shorter and half a pound heavier and i am trying to gain weight... you would be way too skinny... verrryyy gross.. do you think you are fat? because that is like anorexia. ]
You shouldn't be losing weight at all. That is extremely dangerous considering i am exactly your weight if not more and my doctor said i was perfect in my heigh percentile and i am only 5'1"
if you already eat healthy don't try any harder to loose weight! it could really damage your body ]
whoa you shouldnt think of losing weight at all, you should think of gaining some especially with you being so tall. i'm 5'4 and i weigh 118 and i'm kinda swollen so if you lose any more weight you will be anorexic. well i hope you make a good decision ]
wow that is a perfectly fine weight considering your height, its even on the thin side. very thin side. but try cutting out sodas and fast food. it will help you lose weight, if you really think that's necessary, and is healthy desicion in the long run. ]
you do not need to lose weight! maybe try toning your body up with some sit ups instead of losing weight. your tall so that is probably a good weight to be at. ]
If your 5`8 and 112 pounds, your reallllly skinny. actually your underweight.
but if you want to flatten your stomach, do the usual sit ups. or run, that really helps me. ]

You're 5'8. If you loose 10 lbs you're going to be 102 which is so not proportional to your height. Don't loose anymore weight or you'll find yourself looking like Nicole Richie and that is not a complement.
