ok. things that make it seem like this kid likes me:
-when he says hi, he blushes & then looks down
-he looks at me a whole lot.
-he always smiles at me
-all of his friends, ask if i'm jaci.. [ thats my name]
-at this party, everyone screamed, JACIS HERE!
& my one friend said, that he looked over at me smiled & then looked down
-hes really shy around me..bc he talked to all the other girls=/ is that bad?
-at this fair..everyone said he'd watch me wherever i went & followed me around.
-at this baseball field.. his friends kept looking at me & so did his brother & theyd smile at me, & then i could hear the kid i like say "shh shut up, she might hear you"
-9 people are like positive he likes me.
& stuff like that.
The one bad thing, that i think he doesnt like me..
some kid asked if he liked me.. & he said, "hell no" really quick. but, my like best friend, which is guy, is like "he probaly just said that, because he doesnt want anyone to know because hes afraid you dont like him back"
do you agree with what my best friend thats a guy said? or no?
do you think he likes me?
or is it pretty obvious, he hates me?
should i ask him.. if he does? or something? like what should i do.. HELP.

it couldnt be more obvious to me.
when a guy likes a girl, he tends to give all the attention to other girls EXCEPT for the girl he likes, because hes so nervous to talk to you cuz hes scared that hes gonna say something stupid and he really cares what you think about him, where as he doesnt care as much what the other girls think.
and he obviously doesnt hate you if he says hi to you and smiles at you all the time!
what i think is going on is that hes giving you all of these hints that he lieks you, but he doesnt think you like him back because you havent really been returning the same vibe, and thast probably just because YOU arent sure if he likes you either!!
so thats why he said "hell no" when his friend asked, because he didnt want to look stupid liking some girl that didnt like him.
wow sorry this is long. but what you need to do is approach him and tell him that you like him, because i am positive he feels the same way and he is too shy to make a move on you. so if you like him go for it or else it may never happen!!

ok i have been a similar situation what you do is talk to him and ask him if he likes you and tell him to be honest with you and him talking to other girls that is not bad he is trying to get your attention to see if you like him!

Hm.. The person below me is totally right. He TOTALLY likes you. As for asking him, don't ask him first off, you should like flirt with him a little bit like at school or soemthing. You say that he and you are always at the same parties, fairs, baseball games. Well just suck it up, walk over to him, and just hang with him the whole time. And then, you can like invite him to go to the next thing together (Thing as in like next event where all the kids go.) If thing are going really well, then ask for his phone number. But don't like randomly ask for it, you should casually say it. Like "Oh, I don't know ig I can go to the party tonight, I'll have to call you back. what's you number?" And then pretty soon, just like call him for no apparent reason and then you guys just like talk. I once liked a guy who was totally shy, at first it was really annoying because I had to do all the flirting and the calling, but he finally warmed up and it was fine. So he will eventually warm up to you. It might take a while, but he will.

Sounds like he likes you. He might just be shy around you because of that! I don't think he hates you at all, he's just probably too nervous to talk to you, etc. Try and spark up a conversation with him, you never know how much you could have in common. And about the "hell no" thing, some guys hide their feelings when talking to other guy friends. They won't admit if they like someone or not sometimes, and in his case it looks like that's what he did.
